So Wonderful, So Marvelous and a Homemade Sitar

Happy, happy Friday to you!! Today is a very fun day for me as I am guest blogging over on So Wonderful, So Marvelous!

If you are not familiar with Michelle's blog, I highly recommend you add her to your list! Not only is she a phenomenal cook and party host, she's also hi-larious with her daily thoughts and words of advice. I am currently petitioning to get her to write a parenting manual. I'm convinced her son is going to grow up to be the coolest kid ever.

And, on top of all of this, she also has impeccable taste. Check out the room she recently decorated for her son Finnegan:

So, if you'd be ever so kind, go check out my post today, say a quick hello and choose your poison for receiving a daily dose of Michelle's humor.

In the meantime, here's a video of my husband and his band playing on Monday night. If you listen closely, you can hear our group in the audience screaming, "hey," and "stop." It was a fun time, although I'm not so sure about the no cry babies sign? We were wondering what their thoughts were on manly crying...

  1. Thank you thank you thank you! I am so happy you wrapped up my summer of guest bloggers Miss Meg. You are awesome.

And seriously... the red file cabinet + turquoise lamp. Bring it up when you come help me re-do the living room.

  2. That's awesome your husband is in a band! In college, I always had crushes on boys in bands...I bet it fun for you to watch him perform. And singing Tom Petty, no less--you lucky girl, you! Now, I must go check out your guest post!

  5. What an adorable bedroom! I really need to get off the beach and get the camera out to start snapping some shots of what's happening around our house.

Really cool that your husband is in a band and singing Tom Petty. Now, I'm going to check out that blog.
